How Products Are Delivered

We ship via SF Express or UPS. For orders placed before 1pm every day, we will provide shipping confirmation and tracking numbers via email on the same day. For orders placed after 1pm, we will provide shipping confirmation and tracking numbers via email the next day (working day). Your products will be confirmed to be shipped within 72 hours, as long as they are in stock on each product page.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on your location. Check out and continue to select a shipping method based on your location. But in general, you can use the following table to estimate according to your address. Please check the courier website for details.

If there are pre-ordered products in your order, we will ship them at the preparation time marked on the pre-ordered products. To ensure that your order can be shipped faster, we recommend that you place two orders separately, one for the pre-ordered products and the other for the existing stock products. If you don't mind waiting for the pre-ordered products to arrive, please continue to complete the order.
