If you find the same product sold at a lower price than ours at another offline retailer before or within 7 days from the date of placing an order for the product on our website, we will be happy to match the price for your order according to the following conditions and provide an additional 5% discount on this basis:

The offline retailer must be a retailer with a registered entity in Hong Kong or Southeast Asia, and the main sales market is Hong Kong, Macau, Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States

The product must be the same product with the same style, size, color, material and model

When you submit a price matching application, the product must be in stock at the comparison merchant and it must not be a wholsale, clearance (such as the last XX products), sell-off or final sale (Final Sale), holiday promotion and other special events.

The final price (including individual product discounts, shipping, taxes, discounted gift card purchases and potential fees) must be lower than our final price (including individual product discounts, shipping, taxes and potential fees).

Other platform sites under our company are not included in the price comparison merchant range.
